Griffin IT is accredited to provide Level 1 and Level 2 Support for VMware (formerly Infra) Service Manager. We are your first point of contact for technical assistance and service requests.
Griffin IT also provides a range of consulting services including custom enhancements, integration, report development and data conversions. Please use the customer portal for logging issues related to projects.

Access to the Customer Portal
Griffin IT clients with a current support contract can register nominated staff for access to the Griffin IT Customer Portal. Please have your VMware (formerly Infra) Service Manager Administrator email your details and preferred user id to Griffin IT Support
