ITSM Simulation Training
The training provides experiential learning simulation especially designed to introduce the key elements of IT Service Management (ITSM). This exciting, engaging and fully experiential activity directly addresses the fundamental people, process and technology challenges that face businesses today.
The event encourages participation by providing first-hand practical experience of the process maturity needed to build integrated Service Management processes including incident, problem, change, configuration and service level management.
It uses a balanced score card for each round to teach participants the importance of the business linkage.
Participants will find out about the pressures involved in delivering a high availability service, fully realise the need for effective communication within IT and between business and IT staff, and be able to apply ITIL principles as the simulation progresses in order to improve collective corporate performance.
